I attended my first game hackathon, hosted by Sup / Bash.tv, Google
NYC. The energy was just different compared to the other hackathons I attended this year
because the entire time to build was JUST 2.5 hrs. Me, Sri Vamsi,
and
Advik Yadav teamed up
and built two things (all thanks to bash.tv's models). We built ScoreIt, a
mediapipe based CV infra for penalty kickouts. Secondly, we built
PokeAgents to make running parallel agents more fun.

We wrapped up the NJx Hackathon by building XYRIS
Vision โ a privacy-first tool to securely share photos by removing hidden
metadata (EXIF) in-browser, with an optional AI scan to redact sensitive info. Despite our
admin account getting blocked 15 mins before the pitch, our backend team recovered it! The
fully deployed product features an Aegis Tier (free client-side removal) and
Eclipse Tier (paid AI analysis via Stripe). Huge thanks to the team (Faizan, Sri
Vamsi, Advik, Kunal) for the intense 24-hour sprint!
